Unprofessionalism and poor customer service from staff. The front office receptionist is the only exception. Asked for a simple verbal referral to another firm and they weren't even able to provide me that - useless staff. Paralegal secretary pretending to be the lawyer, jerking clients around. If they were not interested in taking new customers they should have said so from the very beginning. Must have caught them at a bad time eating cake for a celebration; they decided it was too much work to come out from around the adjacent corner and be cordial and introduce themselves.
