After doing significant research, I engaged Dan and Dave to assist me with a very complicated and contentious family matter. It was the best decision I could’ve made. David represented us in a title dispute and I can't say enough good things about him. He kept us in the loop at every step of the process, and put us at ease about the case as a whole. I was notified by a company out of california i had a substantial surplus from a forclosure. I went ahead and hired them to handle this process and long story short after a year of waiting they told me they could no longer represent me and I would need to find another way or do it myself. What?? I then contacted Rathbun Bateman and from the onset they handled and took care of everything and I was paid in 2 months. Wow. Dan is absolutely terrific. After 50 years in the commercial world as a banker and lawyer, I have had experience with hundreds of lawyers. A few were bad. Most were fine.
