I’m a Senior Citizen living out the remainder of my life in Suffolk County and I so appreciate the transparency from the Suffolk County District Attorneys office. I would like to thank the voters in Suffolk County for getting it Right and electing a District Attorney who works tirelessly in his efforts to keep Suffolk County Residents Safe. Write all the bad checks you want in Suffolk County, you will not be prosecuted. I reached out to the SCDA's office and a Detective from the Southold Town Police Department regarding multiple bad checks given to me by a tenant. The SCDA's office said the decision to investigate is with the Southold Town Police Department. The Southold Town Police Department Detective said the SCDA's office is hesitant to prosecute because of the difficulty in proving the cases in court. After the initial responses, both the SCDA's office and the Detective from the Southold Town Police Department stopped communicating with me. Even if I got a civil judgement in the Southold Town Justice Court, the limitation is $3,000, far less than the bad checks I received. Furthermore, this would provide no deterrent to

Ticket fixing scam involved judge.. police... District attorney!! Traffic violation agency in Suffolk throwing out my legal court documents!! That were for my appeal !! Judge not granting me a fair trial!! Everything is rigged including targeting poor people lower class that cant afford legal help... All sounds like curruption!!!! If the judge isnt fighting for justice then what is he doing??? How is the judge gonna turn a blind eye to Justice to protect the police!! .. and this corruption department works for the da... Who is the cheif detective investigation person that conducts an investigation over the phone.. then tells me.. oh. From what your saying therd is no corruption!!! The Suffolk County DA office us a JOKE I have been calling trying to make a report for 7 months left 3 messages with no call back. The other times I call I just get a busy signal. Unbelievable no one takes there job serious.
