Marv and Lori do amazing job together as a team. Over the years he has helped me with my family. With multiple issues with our broken system and the outcome has been in our favor . He is very fair and honest . Marv has made an impact on our lives and changed the direction for the better .

Marvin made a habit of only communicating with me via email and did not reach out to me via phone when things were time sensitive. He informed me by email of a deadline in which I had to put together some evidence. I never saw the email as I would have expected the courtesy of a phone call and he did not follow up with me until the night before it was due. In my opinion, this was extremely negligent as we obviously needed to meet and go over the information and he then would have had to put it together into the proper legal format to submit. I’m my opinion, he should have been following up with me long before to let me know when he needed it, to schedule an appointment to get together and then have time to put it together and submit it to the other party. Mr. Stucki and his staff has helped me with legal issues that were extremely stressful. He was nothing but very professional. I couldn’t have gotten through an extremely difficult situation without their help. Mr. Stucki and his staff went above and beyond helping me get through a mess that was left behind by someone who didn’t have a will. I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for his professionalism and kindness.

I’d give less stars if I could. My ex, with substantial evidence of child abuse/neglect AND being investigated by cps, Marvin “advised” me to drop the case against my him. Honestly I felt like he just didn’t want to deal with it. He took $1000 from me to tell a judge over video call we were dropping the cpo, and it took maybe one minute of anyones time. Then also backtracked on what we had agreed upon at a later time, which was that he would at least put that $1000 towards a full retainer for a full case. Would not recommend this man and will never go to him again.

I was scared to death during my entire 11 month long custody battle. Marv stayed on the high road, didn't sling any mud, and I now have custody of my kids. I'm forever thankful
