I hired Andrew Rawlings on October 6 following a consultation. I was told the documents would take 2–3 weeks to prepare as long as the matter was straightforward. It was. As of December 22 (over 11 weeks later), the work is still not complete. After receiving no response to multiple emails once the initial timeline had lapsed, I eventually called the office and was told he had been in arbitration. I did later receive draft documents and immediately provided all requested names and addresses so the deeds could be finalized. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails (including to his assistant) and called the office multiple times. I only reach voicemail and have received no return calls or emails.
