My wife and I attended a presentation by Colin Dolan, Esq. from Stouffer Legal. Colin gave a clear explanation of a Revocable Trust and the benefits for children and heirs upon death. This was our second marriage, and we both had a Trust with our first spouse. We liked what was presented and set an appointment to meet with Colin to see what required improvements were needed for our initial Trusts. Both our documents were over 15 years old, made with our spouses before they deceased. Colin explained the updates required and proceeded with the updates. The original Trusts were restated to include amendments. We were both extremely satisfied with the service provided by Colin and his staff at Stouffer Legal.
