Whoever answers their phone is very rude. I was not sure what kind of lawyer I need in my case. The man on the phone stated “do you want to see someone?”. I told him “I just need to know if you guy are the kind of lawyers I need for my specific case, so I just wanted to give some background.” And he replied “well I wouldn’t be speaking to you if I didn’t know what I was doing. So do you want to see someone?”. I hung up. I was very kind and he was being a jerk for no reason. I decided it was better to walk away if this is the type of customer service they offer.

Mr. Allen is an excellent lawyer and I cannot say enough good things about how he handled my criminal case. I have never had any charges against me, and Mr. Allen was sensitive to my situation and the mental health aspects to my case. He explained the legal processes throughout and worked to get the charges against me dropped to the lesser charges against me. He supported me through my court appearances and worked with the Prosecution and the Judge so I received the second lowest charge in my case.
