Stonesifer & Kelley

I am a long time client of Stonesifer & Kelley. I have been pretty happy with them for years but recently they have claimed to be sold or changed hands or something of this nature. I had some business with them and they took a rather large retainer fee and charged it as they worked for me. Time has past and my bills have stopped leaving a nice chunk of money that should be returned to me. I called and asked for the return on several occasions with the second time someone saying oh we had a change and the record of my money was not in her records and "we will have to research it and I will get back to you" . I have been ignored and not called back. It has been a month or 2 since my first request and I am starting to worry about the down home Hanover straight forward way that I was accustom
