Poor experience. The attorney made us wait eight days for a telephone conference, and charged us $85, only to tell us that he did not have the time to speak to the prosecuting attorney and would not be available to attend the court hearing. Addendum: Mr Kalasnik was respectful enough to send a letter explaining his position. That being said, we found another attorney who was able to attend the hearing and got a very favorable outcome for us without the need for ARD. We were very happy we pursued that option.
