I had to evict a renter who owed me back Rent & Damages of over $3,000. Steve & Brenda (his excellent secretary) handled everything for me. We ended up in Court & we won! I definitely recommend them.

This is the one you call when you don't want to win. He's very inappropriate and condescending. Prepare to pay a huge amount of money for little to no work on his part and terrible legal advice. The amount of second hand embarrassment he causes isn't worth calling him for help especially when at the end of the day, he doesn't help you.

Do not use this lawyer . He completely messed my custody case up and under his directions almost got me a contempt charge . Wouldn’t reimburse any of my money that I paid then had to rehire a new lawyer to fix everything he messed up . Now that I have a caring lawyer looking back I could tell Mr bank didn’t really care about my situation or the custody of my kids . Maybe a good lawyer in the past but age is catching up . Worst experience with a paid lawyer . There’s a reason why his rates are as low as they are 🤷‍♂️💩

Steve Banik is a VERY knowledgeable & understanding attorney. His associates are caring & concerned and always treat me with respect. His prices are very reasonable. Overall, dealing with him has been a good experience in an unpleasant situation. He REALLY understands that people can hit rough spots in life and does everything he can to help.

Awesome lawyer! Has helped me in both of my custody/visitaion cases... Prices are decent(but really they are ALL over paid) . This is the lawyer you want on your side he doesnt sugar coat anything and always works hard on your behalf.
