Would not recommend Hebe. Was very hard to get ahold of, and took forever to return phone calls. There were a couple times where he was asked to discuss certain things with the DA, and just never did it! My girlfriend tried reaching him weeks before sentencing to ask if he talked to the DA, and he finally called 3 days before sentencing and said it was too late to do what she asked for. He was also asked to file an appeal, and then said he was not going to do it and that we should probably look for a different lawyer. Seemed like he did whatever was easiest for him, and what took least amount of effort.

Anne does a great job with child custody’s legals . Especially if your doing all the right things and come from a heavy negative past. She will fight for you till the end ! Highly recommend! I will continue using her services through my business and anything else to do with my kids ! Having her on your side will take a weight off your shoulders ! Try it out for yourself! Today,1/13, was the deadline a judge had given us to satisfy a settlement offer or we would be going to trial. Kind of a big deal, right? A trial is very expensive -- settlements are typically cheaper. I provided my attorney with ample information regarding my position on the settlement we had received. I offered my best case scenario and then offered to pay the full amount if the other party's attorney didn't accept the counter offer. The day came and went. I never heard from my attorney at all today. I called her office three times and left an email kindly asking for an update. Nothing. Total lack of communication from an attorney to her client is unacceptable. I'm left completely in the weeds wondering if this case was settled or if it's going to trial. I have no idea. I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. Blackwell is very unprofessional, does not provide adequate answers to questions. He seems to only care about the money and is condescending to his clients.
