I had an excellent experience with this law firm getting end of life affairs in order for a family member. From the moment I walked in the door until the time all documents were signed, I had a great experience. The environment is well decorated, and the staff are very pleasant and well educated and knowledgeable. They explained everything in such detail that I didn't have any questions. I highly recommend and I told my other family members that we will be taking that 2 hr. trip just to go with this firm.

We are very disappointed with this firm. Spent a large amount of money and was told we would have one year, at no cost, if we had any additional needs. One month later, my Mom passed away. I called them, was told I couldn’t even speak to someone without paying 238.00 dollars to consult with them. (We had a free consult from another firm. They are helping us at a reasonable cost.) Losing a loved one is so difficult. We experienced no compassion at all from this elder care advocate law office.

Our family has had a terrible experience with this firm. We signed paperwork for a will, power of attorney and an irrevocable trust We were told if we needed anything to call and they would advise us for free for one year. Our mother passed 31 days later. We contacted them and to our surprise the power of attorney ends at my mother’s death. And we could pay +$200 for an appointment to find out what comes next. We spent over $8000 for their services. The deed they gave us had the law firm’s address on it. They were to mail out the deed and a week later they had not done so we had to go pick it up. We did ask for a refund of half the costs and were told basically no. I feel they mislead us
