Called and asked for a consultation in regards to a property case, I was put on hold after getting the run around. While waiting on hold, someone picked up and hung up the line. Turns out they represent the other party in the matter I was looking to discuss. So instead of having respect for potential clients, they hung up on me without a word. Would not recommend… if they behave like that from the start they are probably shady attorneys who shouldn’t have a license to practice law.

I have had the opportunity to work with several attorneys at McNerney both personally and on behalf of clients of Evergreen Wealth Solutions over the years. I often refer clients to Jonathan DeWald for elder and/or estate planning, as well as real estate and business succession planning. He consistently provides thoughtful and friendly council. I recently worked with Brandon Griest and found him to be efficient, effective, and timely. McNerney has a well earned reputation of being one of the most respected firms in our region, and deservedly so. They have a great team.

Over the past several months, I've had the pleasure of working with two lawyers from this practice on separate projects: Atty Peter Facey and Atty Nicole Ippolito. Both are very attentive to details and are wonderfully personable and relatable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Their behind-the-scenes team-including Mary and Theresa-is alao excellent.

I retained three attorneys at this firm. I paid them well over $40,000.00 because of their numerous legal mistakes I have incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages and 20 years of ongoing financial damages. As a result I am suing them for legal malpractice. Docket No.15- 02,974. Their defense seems to be that they lacked the legal knowledge and/or experience to properly handle my case.

David Sterngold provided very useful feedback for a landlord-tenant dispute. I would recommend him.
