IF YOUR READING THIS AND ARE A TENANT : Im sorry for what you are going through. Ill give my honest review (while batteling depression and suicide)but wanted to say HOLD ON. The most remarkable thing about this is that there are even 3 stars. There is no help here. These people work for the government to guide you to drop all cases and to never try and defend yourself even when your right. This is the government's way of trying to look like they're doing something. I don't have enough fingers to count the government agencies that played that role. Dont even bother calling. And BTW notice how even though they "close at 12pm" these people shut the phones off at 11:50 sometimes etc. Truely lazy.

All they did is give me information that work but I though maybe I was going to get a probon lawyer I see they dont provide that I was hoping a little more disappointing

I applied online for help because no one ever answers the phone! Well now they finally called me and I STILL can't speak to anyone because EVERYTIME I CALL it tells me to call back!!! WHY doesn't it at LEAST have an answering service?? So now I am going to have to make arrangements to go there in person and PRAY they are seeing people in in the office...so horrible! UPDATE: You get all the way out there in person and absolutely no one is in the office!! The door is closed and locked with some brochures attached to the front of it as well as some business cards listing the number that no one answers...Just Great smdh

It take alittle bit to get through to a person, did have to call back a few time due to high call volume but once I did speak with a representative, I was immediately given an intake interview. Next day I had an actual lawyer helping me... The representative that helped me was Lisa and she was kind, informative and made me feel like someone actually wanted to help me.. would recommend to anyone who needs them.
