I called the office seeking guidance on whether I might have a case and how to proceed. Unfortunately, my interaction with Sue, the assistant who answered the phone, was very discouraging. She was impatient and spoke to me in a dismissive manner, interrupting me mid-sentence to say, “That’s not what I’m asking,” when I was genuinely trying to respond. I was reaching out for help precisely because I am not a lawyer and needed guidance. While I understand that Jennifer may not have been able to assist me or that I may not have a case, the lack of professionalism and courtesy during this initial interaction left a very poor impression. This was a disappointing first and last experience.
