One of my clients recommended Dana Wine to help my mother transfer her house into a revocable trust and update all of her estate planning documents. I’ve been a CPA in MA for a long time, and I was very impressed with how organized and thorough the process was from beginning to end. When I picked up the executed documents, everything was formally detailed in a beautiful binder with instructions for each document along with a digital copy on a thumb drive. After moving to South Carolina from another state, my husband and I realized that we needed to update our Trust and related documents. Our Trust needed to meet South Carolina-specific requirements.
