Admittedly, the attorney assigned to me(Amber Parish) for deed filing purposes was a bit difficult to reach at first, I am assuming due to her working remote. But once she reached back out and we got the ball rolling she was on top of it. Sent me regular updates and answered any questions and concerns I had. The closing date had to be pushed back on account of the lender not being as diligent as Mrs Parish. So I then discovered the final week before closing, Mrs Parish was actually on her honey moon or vacation or something of the sort. I forget. But the fact she didn’t drop everything and just worry about it when she got back speaks volumes, though I would have understood. Overall a great experience and would consult with them again for future needs.
