John P. (Jack) O'Hale

Jack is the best attorney that ever walked through the doors of a courtroom in Smithfield NC. A little pricey but worth every penny. Several of my family members have retained his services over the years. Most never had to go to court. Damn good attorney.

Professional, personable, and the representation went as good as can be expected. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of them.

I was initially skeptical about Attorney O’Hales office, because of how easy it was to just call in, get direction and pricing from his assistant, and mail in payment but I am SO GLAD I went with Attorney O’Hale!! I received a ticket in a construction zone and every other attorney I spoke to told me the best they could do was ask for my speed to be reduced and hope the judge would agree to lesser than the amount that would affect my insurance. Attorney O’Hale was immediately confident he could have my ticket reduced/dismissed and that’s exactly what happened! To put the cherry on top, he had it handled before my scheduled hearing date! Definitely recommend attorney O’Hale!!

Jack O Hale is excellent. He truly supports his clients and looks out for those in "public service". He is definitely great at his job. I think his receptionist, who is a former public service worker, is very pleasant. If you are in trouble, he is the only person I recommend!

Jack ohale is by far the best lawyer I've ever dealt with criminally speaking lol. While my experience was very eye opening, Jack worked hard on my case to prove me innocent. He single handedly gave me my life back. Even though the bill is paid, I feel I am forever in his debt. Jack knows his stuff .And his experience speaks for itself!! Highly recommend.
