Run away!!! This clown Robert H. Giannelli help me get screwed at my property closing. After speaking to other lawyers I found out I paid too much for my closing costs. He was highly recommended by my realtor so I trusted him. I was wrong. He would never respond to my calls or emails. I had to go through my realtor to get an answer because he wouldn't respond. He is the reason why lawyers have a bad name. Use him at your own risk!
