I came to Ron feeling very nervous about my new business. I felt lost in a sea of state laws and paperwork, having no idea where to begin. He was not only knowledgeable, he made me feel as if my ‘problems’ were now in his hands, that he would easily handle what needed doing, with very little work on my end. All the while, he kept me fully informed on what was happening and answered any questions I had about the process. Everything went smoothly and I am happy to report that my business is now up and running successfully. The entire experience was a pleasure! Ron is easy to talk to, personable and engaging. Ron has all the basics as a lawyer; responsive, knowledgeable, professional, etc. But that's not what makes him stand out. He is very practical and realistic. He will work on a win strategy and will not lead you down the wrong path. Many times I have worked with lawyers that will do whatever you ask if you pay.
