Would never recommend Debbie Ritz. Communication was horrible, especially for being a first time home buyer. If I did not call the office, I would not know anything that was going on. She was made well aware of our timeline for the house when we ran into title issues, and the exact date we would want to back out of the house if issues weren’t settled and never once mentioned the legal process we had to follow. We instead had to learn about the process through our realtor, further delaying the process another 2 weeks. Also told us the wrong amount to bring for closing costs, creating more issues during our closing process, and wouldn’t listen to us when we tried to help straighten the issue out. All in all, made the whole process twice as hard as it ever should have been.

Mr. Snyder will promise you that he will do one thing, but then goes ahead and does something different. He may have a lot of years of experience, but it must not be good experience or he is getting too old for this profession. Every time we talked it seemed as if he didn't care about the subject matter and did not want to assist with the basic requests given, let alone going above and beyond for us. The only time he would want to meet is if he needed something. Other than that he just shut down any talks or questions that were given. Definitely would never recommend.

I’ve tried to you Mr Snyder for my divorce, however, he informed my Ex of my intentions. He should be reprimanded for his actions!!

Debbie Ritz is a fantastic lawyer. Her response time is most amazing. I recommend her to everyone. Her knowledge of handling my affairs was impressive. Many thanks to her!

Gave good advice even though he didn’t want to take the case. He still spoke me through the process, what makes sense, and what I should and shouldn’t do.
