I know many great attorneys, but Dave Polak is one of the absolute best. He has a solid work ethic, integrity, and believes in fighting for every one of his clients to get them justice and the settlement they deserve. One of my family members hired Dave due to severe injuries he received in a car accident where he was T-boned by the other driver. Dave was at every doctor appointment with the insurance company. He followed up constantly, getting every penny he could for my family member. He knows the law, he knows his clients rights, and he does not stop working for his clients until he gets them justice. Dave is not just a great lawyer, he is a great human being.

David went over and beyond duties. Most lawyers you deal with just their secretary. David personally talks to you, he's 100% on top of any questions you have, he goes to ime appointments so the insurance doctor doesn't play any games, he takes pride in his work, and gives his clients his all.
