I reached out as a potential new client. The representative I spoke with seemed sweet/nice. However; the call was disconnected over 4 times, I had to keep repeating myself/inquire what was heard and not, and didn't even attempt to return either of the disconnected calls during the conversation. Then upon my final attempt of reconnecting the call inquiring if tomorrow would be better/speak with someone else, the representative requested my email for further assistance. To be honest, I had to repeat myself several time and I honestly don't feel like typing it all out/then repeat myself again. As mentioned to the representative, I am considering taking my legal matters elsewhere.
