I hired this attorney for a child custody matter expecting preparation, strategy, and clear legal guidance. That is not what I received. On the morning of my 1:00 PM court hearing, he emailed me a settlement agreement and demanded an answer within one hour. This was the first time I had seen the document. He is not a trial attorney!!! If you use him in a trial you will lose. My son used him for a custody case and Mr. Zerivitz completely botched his case. He did not question any of the witnesses and presented none of the evidence provided to him. An absolute waste. He has the skillset of a paralegal.
