It is my belief, the receptionist That is working on July 20 around 2:30 2026 It’s gonna cost the firm Business Didn’t even hear what I said decided that my case would be declined and no one Would look at and gave me inaccurate legal advice Telling me that I should use my closing attorney For my broker negligence claim Who also works for the broker also insinuating that I was making up my story She needs to go ASAP don’t let a family friend or whatever relationship she is to the firm cost y’all own business

Ms. Guynn is an unethical lawyer who lies about their practice to have unbiased advice when it comes to real estate dealings. She even put the wrong names on the refund check after the deal fell through due to her bias. I would highly recommend going elsewhere in the Aiken County area for an attorney! We have closed on two other properties in Aiken without issue, but Ms. Guynn was recommended by our mortgage broker!

Mr. Patterson is the best in my opinion I had two experiences with him, he is very polite, very professional, I recommend him 💯 % , my best experience in this place is with him.

Don't use them. Ive been calling for weeks an nobody answers the phone specifically anyone tied to brad brodie.

I am apauled,my family used Daniel mayz,I was telling someone about him,and went to look him up and OMG, I'm sorry I can't recommend him anymore,he has been charged with a lot.........
