I had unfortunately found myself in the position of having to seek & obtain legal counsel due to a mold infestation while living in a rental house. I found myself forced to do so , as I was unable to get resolution from the landlord regarding the loss of 90% of my belongings and more importantly suffering from serious health issues , and forced to move to a hotel for several months as things became much more complicated .
