I am so glad I called Bobby to represent me! He and Staci were wonderful to work with, and were very professional, knowledgable, and communicative throughout the litigation process. They were great counselors and advocates and the entire time I worked with them I never once doubted I was in good hands. I would work with them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend their services.

Bobby exploits clients by unnecessarily prolonging cases to increase fees. When I raised clear discrepancies in the invoices, he delayed responding until critical court filings were due, then threatened to withdraw from the case—putting me in a bind unless I retracted my concerns and paid. This felt coercive and unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him.

HORRIBLE!! Bobby is THE worst attorney with zero human fiber. He dragged my case for 6 months charging me astronomically for every word, sentence, every email etc. He shuffled me around his office to everyone but the janitor; and the only time he appeared was invoice time. He did not take my case seriously. He was unavailable for my hearing so we had to do it virtually. He had someone super incompetent type my interrogatories. Each time I was surprised with a new representative due to his in house turnovers; I had to explain my already painful case from the beginning over and over while being charged each time. There was no comfort, ease or reassurance during this painful process. He keeps you unsure then charges you for clarity, all while having fake negotiations and placating the opposin
