The attorneys are good but they really need to do something about their first point of contact. Your secretary should never be rude and condescending. It sets a very unprofessional expectation.

In a 10 hour mediation, the Slotchiver brothers pulled all the attorneys to their side with misleading facts which cost my dad $50,000. They willfully misrepresented me to the judge misleading him to order me to pay their $400 to $800 an hour fees. Be aware of them in mediation.
