Warning: I found this firm to be extremely unprofessional and found many reviews of heirs settling their parents’ estate reporting a similar bad experience. Their practice of refusing to share trust documents (unless court ordered) with a co-trustee who is legally obligated to execute the estate is highly unusual and suspect.

I have been associated with Sinclair, Prosser and Gasior many years. For each legal item I have received excellent advise and assistance from the Attorneys and Paralegals I had the pleasure to work with. This past year was challenging, finalizing my husband's Estate Trust. The attorneys, paralegals, office staff and receptionists made the process as easy as possible for me. If you become a client of the firm, you can be assured they will be there for you with quick responses, assistance etc. I highly recommend the firm and urge everyone to have your final affairs in order, it makes finalizing so much easier. Also, take advantage of the Estate Planning and other seminars the law firm offers, you and the family will benefit greatly from them, I did!

My inlaws used Sinclair for their Trust Planning years ago. Once my mil got sick 2024 and we had to obtain POA of her we started to call Sinclair and notify them immediately! We also tried to notify them of fraudulent activity that was being committed by another family member and give them some needed information about the finances and situation. Now that both my inlaws are gone- we have been calling since May 26 and not even sure if Tameka is giving our messages to anyone or if they are just not calling us back. We've done an online request as well!
