We retained this attorney in good faith and were fully prepared to move forward immediately. From the very beginning, there were issues with the payment link we were told had been sent. We did not receive it initially. After following up, we were told it had been sent multiple times. All three payment emails then arrived at the exact same time on our end — clearly indicating a technical issue, not negligence on our part. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the attorney became irritated, stated he was “tired of the back and forth,” and hung up on my husband during a call that was simply meant to resolve the issue and proceed with services we were prepared to pay for.
