I had a great experience with MichelleTokarsky. She is a phenomenal lawyer and exceeded my expectations during my custody battle. However, after switching to another lawyer at their firm, Abby Panek for financial reasons, I was greatly disappointed. Abby continually cut corners, sought to settle in matters that should have been taken further and ultimately cost me more money, time and stress than if I had stuck with Michelle in the first place. Her lack of experience and lack of drive to fight for her client’s best interests became very clear. She strongly advised me not to talk to CYS at all. I got a letter from CYS and she said it was no big deal. Ultimately, this was terrible advice and impacted my life substantially. It is unclear as to whether she believed this to be the best course

This office of attorneys and their staff are phenomenal people. Things that needed to be done in my situation were done in a professional and honest manner with considerable knowledge and wisdom. Not only that, they are extremely kind and caring about me as a person, making sure I am able to move forward with understanding and confidence. I can’t say enough kind things about them. I would highly recommend them to those who are in need of their services.

Silverman, Tokarsky, and Forman was a great experience for me. I went through a lengthy and strenuous custody battle that not only ended with great results but was treated with tremendous care and support.

Quite possibly the worst client representation in Cambria County. Very high priced and accomplished nothing whatsoever for my son while billing me over $22K. Literally, go anywhere else. They're spineless and incompetent.
