Long overdue review but Art was fantastic for my mother and I both on separate instances/cases. Professional but very to the point, didn't sugar coat anything which I liked. Kept true to the first price he told me even though he had to appear in court several times for my case.

WARNING!! This man is practicing law from 30 years ago. Do NOT hire him. He soon I've never had a case be put on my record for a minor traffic ticket. This man is entirely unqualified and is very rude. He quit after I drilled him for lying and accepting a case he had no intentions of getting dismissed, wanting me ɓ u I o⁷i with no intentions or a ility ri before he got a charge of getting too close to the yellow line on my record.. I've never had any issues and this man almost got me a changeless ticket on my record. 3 other attorneys already said it will be dismissed right away and I won't have to show.. Arthur didn't even understand that someone far away can easily be waived at the hearing. Nit a single attorney is as unaware of current law as Mr. Mcquillan. He did not update me one

Attorney McQuallian knows his stuff. My son had a difficult case involving 2 counties. Attorney McQuallian took his case last minute and helped us understand his options, got him the best deal he could, and made all of us feel more at ease through a frightening process. My son said he is the only attorney he will use now. In addition, His assistant is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

If looking for a defense attorney NEVER use him he is RACIST he robbed my family of 13000 and stop answering any of our calls, he was paid in full he DID NOTHING to help his client especially when we found out he was related to the DA. He railroad his client to help his sister make her case. Art McQuillan is very CORRUPT and JUST HORRIBLE!!! He should not be allowed to practice anymore.

This guy is horrible. He does little to nothing for you and just keeps asking for more money. He told me a flat 1000$ would cover everything but then more and more money. He didn't even tell me when the court hearing time was I had to call him. I didn't hear from him from the day I plead to the day of sentencing. This guy does nothing....stay away!
