I would leave 0 stars if I could. Complete unprofessionalism from John Collin’s canton office. Eye rolling, mockery, false statements, and being denied your own information. Waiting for months on end to receive no progress. Not what one wishes to work alongside while dealing with a legal case. Can’t forget to mention the gaslighting & lack of ethical moral, too. Disgusted with this law firm to say the absolute least.

I sat down with Andy 5 months ago to discuss the details on a very easy will and was told they'd get back to me soon. Every month, I'd call and check. Told "we'll get back to you". Never happened. Last call, a month ago, was told, "oh, Andy is just walking in the door. I'll find out and get back to you". Then nothing. So, today, I fired him.

In times when you need support and advocacy, I would absolutely not recommended Silver & Collins. Lee was cold and passive aggressive, leaving my sister and I feeling unsupported and untrustworthy of Silver & Collins and their services. They do not care about you or your case, they care about the money they will “earn” from it. Not to mention it was over a year and a half that we spent trying to get this probate case pushed through. This law firm constantly avoided phone calls regarding our case and were generally incompetent. Especially if you have fallen on hard times, I would highly suggest searching for another law firm in your area that will actually finish the job, and in a timely manner.

Do not call this attorney for anything. They dont return phone calls, I have had 2 phone conferences set up he never called us for and there's always an excuse. Its been months dealing with them and we have literally gotten nowhere. Save your money.

I have been waiting on an update for 3 weeks on my real estate matter. Not one response with an actual update.
