Nash & Palm: Called to ask basic questions about planning for my Mom who is ill. The person that answered the phone was condescending and talked over me - barely got any words in at all. Absolutely no compassion and just plain rude. Do NOT recommend.

There is only one attorney working here and he took a 3 week vacation a couple of weeks after taking on my case for the sale of my father's home. There was no one to answer my questions for this 3 week period and I was told they couldn't interrupt his vacation and there was no one covering for him. Because of this, the sale of the home was delayed by several weeks. The office staff was short and condescending to me when I called. After his vacation was over, the communication improved but I would not use this firm again.

They are professional, and very friendly. During my visit I dealt with Charlie, he offered me an excellent cup of coffee before We began the consultation. Charlie was very personable, and thorough with the options available for my issue. He explained all angles in layman’s terms. I was very satisfied with my choice to use this firm. I would highly recommend.

Colin Loomis and the front staff were great. I was purchasing a estate from which included dealing with several states. Very happy with this firm. Highly recommend!! I've used this firm for over twenty years for several deed transfer s and last will and testament.

I just had a consultation with Mr. Lumis. He spent nearly a half hour understanding my situation and desired outcome. At the end of it, he explained why he and most attorneys cannot help. I walked away from the conversation with clarity, follow-up work, and a new friend. Three thumbs up.
