This has been the worst experience hiring a business I have ever been through. I was quoted a price and the price was paid in full. Hi have contacted his office for six weeks in a row. I have talked to the secretary I have left him voicemails I even text his personal number. With all of this effort I have put in to get a five minute return phone call I have not received one in six weeks. If you value customer service or just business decency or I would think twice about choosing them. I feel taken advantage of because I paid everything upfront and now the work is not satisfactory. So basically you pay them the money they want and they can treat you any kind of way. As of right now I have been waiting six weeks for my call back I will be updating and reviewing every week until I get my phon

If you desire communication and someone well prepared. This is not the Attorney to hire . We hired his firm February of 2021 it’s now August 19th 2022 I have spoke with him 3 times which is completely unexplainable I live in Michigan. You have been warned one star due to not having a stop and warning sigh ⛔️🚫❌

Do not go to this place I was in a accident and got pennies while the lawer got the big bucks. And lori is rude as hell they are not a good law firm.
