Nearly 4 months and they cannot seem to do the one thing they "do." All I needed was for a piece of property to be retitled to another person in my family... they have held up finishing my parent's estate for months and cost me 4 times the cost of retitling in legal fees. They seem to be able to "work" for realtors, just not for regular people or their attorneys. Look elsewhere for any estate work. Maybe another firm has the time to spend on building clientele and having a positive reputation.

Called on Friday with questions about surveying issues and received a call back at appointment time Monday with answers and handled issue Monday evening. So far so good very professional and answered all my questions. Most likely I will be returning for any other issues. Thanks again

I may change this review after closing but so far my experience has been dismal. My bank had trouble getting information from them on the title search and they never contacted me for a closing appointment so I contacted them to set one up for 10am on a Friday. A couple of days before closing I called them again (since I STILL haven't heard from them) to 1)confirm the appointment and 2)ask exactly what we need to bring to closing including closing amount. When I called they had no idea how much I was supposed to bring. They just said bring whatever the bank tells you to. That's all. Okkkaayyyyy - what about ID, social security card, etc?
