Sheppard Law offices is the place to go when you feel like you are in a massive hole. I won't lie, it is a lengthy process time- wise, but in the end, they get the job done!!! Couldn't be more pleased with Kenneth Sheppard and his team!

I would stay away from this law firm. My divorce took almost a year to complete, I was resigned to 3 different attorneys during the process and each time I would have to re-explain everything. Then I gave them a retainer in full up front. I also paid additional every month and at the end they owed me several $100 but they never returned my money. Stay away! Very disorganized and not honest people.

I have not yet received legal services but I have retained their highly rated attorney and I am excited to get started. So the experience with the legal team has been phenomenal, Ulises is helpful and empathetic and Missy met with me for a consultation, free of charge, and was also highly professional and empathic. For the first time, I felt unwelcome in this country. It was a shock for me to have an appointment and then see it canceled for no reason other than that the lawyer was busy. But if he was just busy, that would be fine. Rather, he disrespected us and said he will never be able to see us in the future, because he is "busy". He could not cancel the appointment before we arrived, nor did he apologize politely. Instead, he simply said, “I cannot be with you, I am busy.” What about what we left behind to attend our appointment? Aren’t we busy as well? I could not understand this behavior—why did we spend time waiting for him, only for him to cancel after we had already arrived?
