I filed an ADA discrimination complaint againt my employer with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. I submitted multiple requests for an accomodation to work from home fulltime due to my disabilty for 6 years. The Commission found probable cause after it's investigation (agreed that my employer discriminated against me).
