Communication and representation. This is so important, especially for legal matters. It went great at first but after a while it would take weeks or months to get a proper response. I would ask questions and my emails would be printed and put on the desk for Ms.Gilbet to get to when she got back in office. I would wait a couple days and send a follow up. Nothing. This happened quite often. Not to mention after my trial date I was told she would reach out to me so I waited. I would email and ask when that would happen, message was pased on. This went on for a WHILE. she did call on mlk day but I was at work and didn't get to answer. Then I was told to make an appointment to talk after 2 months of waiting.
