My interactions with Scura Law while handling my late mother’s will were nothing short of disturbing. Over the course of three separate conversations, including with associates Stacia and Renee, I encountered a level of rudeness, disregard, and unprofessional behavior that left me questioning the firm’s commitment not only to client service, but to the basic ethical standards of their profession. In moments when compassion and clarity were essential, I was met instead with hostility, dismissive remarks, and an attitude that suggested my grief was an inconvenience to their schedule. The lack of care, tact, and respect displayed was so pervasive that I left each interaction feeling more shaken by the treatment I received than by the legal matters themselves.
