Everything about buying my new house and selling my old house through Putney's office was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done. Deb was incredibly unprofessional, and eventually just stopped replying to my emails. (So much so that I asked how much money I needed to bring to closing - she never responded, so I showed up empty handed and then had to go get a cashier's check for the amount needed. I felt like they were uncooperative with the other parties involved in the transaction and had to be practically begged to close on time. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different attorney.
