Very disappointing, when in a time of need for proper representation. Met with my Ex spouse without my knowledge and told me after the fact. Went to same mega church as ex spouse; possibly one of the elders. Babbled about how everyone is broken and how I just needed to apologize to the opposing side in a divorce that I didn't start. Told me and my relative we didn't need to show up to a hearing and were held in default because of. Said he would charge 5 thousand dollars for a box of documents him and his sloppy staff requested me to gather. His staff was very unorganized besides himself. Talked about a divorce murder case that he had formerly represented and how to chill out because it can become that. Talked about flying (piloting) over Lake Okeechobee and almost crashing. I typically don't write reviews. But if this prevents another person from going through what I did with this Law Firm, then I think it's worth the effort. Spent almost a year going back and forth with Schwulst & his office, just to end up recently dropping the case from lack of communication and frustration. The only thing that progressed during that time were the months-worth of invoices sent to me, which were emailed late and in one mass. I was basically charged with no action taken. It was to a point I needed some explanations on varies areas of my case, and midway through our conversation he referred to my "wife" and "divorce". Both of which had nothing to do with my case whatsoever. At the end of the day I paid for a good lesson. Always read reviews before getting scammed by crooks.

Todd Roseberry was the GAL in my divorce case, and went well above and beyond for our daughter. He worked for over a year to get to the bottom of every allegation, to find every truth, and to handle every matter in a responsible and professional way. I would say that I wish he had been my divorce lawyer, but then my little angel wouldn't have had someone so great looking out for her best interests. Highly recommended!!!
