Don showed up to court unprepared from the first court appearance, I had to tell him about what was going on in my case. He asked me questions about the case DURING the hearing, there was no preparation beforehand, no calls and no conference, but he still tried to charge me for a conference before and after the hearing. He did not even know what his paralegal had told me, he asked “who told you that” when I had to correct him on something he was telling the judge! He would not say or tell anything I asked him to say to the judge, he said “I’m not going to say that”. He told me that he was going to ask for a bond equal to what I was owed by the other party, but then told the judge “whatever you think is appropriate”, without telling me he was changing it.
