**Updated to 1 star, as my honest review was removed - third time now.** I wanted to leave an honest and organic review after being asked to leave a 5-star review last year by Mr. Schimmerling's staff once I received my settlement. I initially went to Mr. Schimmerling based on the recommendation of reviews and advertisements I had seen. I was in a life-changing automobile accident in 2022, and from that time until late 2023 there was little to no contact with me. I would call the office routinely, and while everyone was kind and nice, I was just told there were no updates. Come to find out in December 2023, after my surgery, there had been a mix-up and they were not receiving medical updates from my doctors. Fast forward a month: I ended up homeless on the streets with nowhere to go and a

March 10, 2025 changed my life. As I was driving along a local country road, I was hit headon in the middle of the afternoon. I was seriously injured and spent a week in the hospital. I was encouraged to file an accident injury claim, but was hesitant. As I began to recover, people kept insisting to at least call for information and what I would need to do.
