I hired this attorney’s office for an eviction mid October 2025.I was directed to Dianne and right from the start she was rude and argumentative about every detail. I was charged an extra fee of $250 if case went to court,it did not. I have been asking for a detailed list of charges for a month, I’ve been told Dianne would get right on it. I called again and was told she was sick. I asked to speak to her boss, he promptly called me and said I should retain another attorney because they can’t help me. Instead of acting like a considerate reasonable human being and resolving the issue with candor I was dismissed with disdain and rudeness. I don’t suggest this office for Any work as I’ve experienced total disrespect, unprofessional behavior and improper billing practices.I am a client Not a d

The only bad experience that I had was the day I called about some of the Medical questions they switched me to a lady for the question..she answered and acted like she didn't want to answer any questions.she talked fast so I could not remember half of what she said and when I was done she slammed the phone down.. as far as the lawyer that handled my case he was excellent..

I had many questions regarding the SSDI process and I had to reach out several times and was always greeted with a well trained and respectful employee who was able to answer my questions. I never had any issues and from the beginning to the end I was treated with care and concern. A great team of Employees and Lawyers!
