I am extremely distressed by the behaviour of Andrea Schanker, of the law firm of Schanker and Hochberg, who advised me she would charge me $500 for a PDF copy of my Trust documents. My late husband and I used this law firm for estate planning starting in 1993. We paid all the fees associated with this transaction. Our original attorney at the law firm, Mr. Hochberg assured us copies of the documents would be held at the office and would be available to us free of charge at any time. As the years passed we naturally drafted several amendments. I now live in Florida and need to update my trust documents. I do not have copies of some of these amendments which are needed to proceed with the update.. When I contacted Andrea Schanker for the necessary papers in PDF form or printed copies
