A true professional and a complete gentleman! Scott handled 2 simultaneous closings for us that were not straight forward at all. The first one had permit issues that he was able to guide us through and get the closing done without hesitation. He also helped us through the town process even after the closing which was not his responsibility but advised us anyway. The second was a coop closing that he made so simple for us. There were issues with the coop board that we were unaware of that he handled quickly that made for a seemless transition.
