Heath took my case to trial for a hefty sum of money and was unsuccessful. That's just how it goes. However, a moderately valuable amount of possessions were unlawfully seized. Heath supposedly worked with the prosecutor a transfer of the items to a third party to consign so that I may receive the funds for their liquidation. Now that I have served my time I followed up with SBBL to enquire on the matter, but I have been ignored and spun for months with lackluster excuses.
