Jacob was not good to work with at all, to begin with he was okay but as the time went on it got worse and worse. There were constant miscommunications where other people in his office were emailing me about the same thing that Jacob had clarified or already said was okay. On top of that he was very unprofessional when visiting his office he had to light a candle and spray lysol in front of me because the office smelled like Body odor, along with when my mother in law dropping off my papers and he came out of his office in his socks. When emailing him he insinuated I lacked basic competency to get him documents and made me drive all the way to his office for him just to do it the exact same way I did.
