I was having issues with a 2 year old BMW M3 that I had special ordered new. I had to bring it to the service department at least 8 times and the issues were never fully resolved. On two occasions the service department kept the over 30 days and then just handed it back to me. I tried to resolve the situation with BMW NA directly but was swiftly brushed off. I don’t recommend going at this yourself when there is a professional like Sam you can use. I contacted Sam around September of 2025 and he had BMW complete a buy back by Christmas. Most of the delay was on my part gathering all of the service records for his review. Sam is very easy to deal with and is highly responsive.
